Bluetooth device instructions

The @ovok/native/bt-device-instructions subpath is a convenience entry point for BTDeviceInstruction, its props, and DEVICE_INSTRUCTION_PDFS. It shares the implementation and catalog with bt-device.

Props

BTDeviceInstructionProps accepts the PDFViewer props except sourceURI, plus:

`deviceType`	`IntegratedDevices`	Catalog device whose manual should be shown
`onError`	`(error: Error) => void`	Called when the manual is missing or the PDF viewer fails

The component resolves sourceURI from DEVICE_INSTRUCTION_PDFS. Some integrated devices have an empty manual URL; those entries call onError and render no usable document. The URLs are SDK-provided catalog values, not an app-configurable base URL.

Use @ovok/native/pdf directly when the app needs to display an arbitrary PDF or control the source URI itself.
